A conversation with the founder:
💫 Why start a jewelry brand?
- Since I was a child, I was always passionate about accessories. I started making and selling jewelry at the age of 8. I held onto the dream of owning a jewelry store, and here I am, fulfilling that dream.
💫 Did you study anything related to business creation?
- No, I pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Social Work. Although it was a valuable experience, it's not my passion.
💫 What kind of materials will you work with at Coalux?
- So far, Gold Plated, Gold Filled, and Stainless Steel with gold plating. We have plans to work with solid gold in the future.
💫 Why is it called "Coalux"?
- Originally, I wanted to create a boutique with neutral colors. Therefore, "Coal" is derived from "Charcoal," and "Lux" stands for luxury. The creative mind behind this was my husband, back when we weren't even dating yet. 🫶🏼
💫 Will you have a physical presence?
- Not for now. Maybe in the future... Perhaps in 🇵🇷 or 🇺🇸. We'll go wherever God leads us.
💫 What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out?
- Always believe that it's possible to make your dreams come true. It only requires determination, discipline, and hard work every day. 🙌🏻
